Eugene Police Arrest Man for Allegedly Impersonating an Officer


EUGENE, Ore. -- A Eugene neighborhood was closed down Thursday afternoon, as police searched for a man wanted for impersonating a police officer. Daniel Scott Alloway, age 39, of Eugene was arrested, but he wasn't found in the apartment where he lives. Even though the scene has cleared, police say this situation is still very fluid.
